Recipe Pacchero SWORDFISH WITH


ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: paccheri wheat semolina 300 g, 200 g tomato, 1 medium sized eggplant, "00" flour 50 g, swordfish steak 300 g icing sugar 40 g, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt up, black pepper, basil, garlic, oregano.





Recipe:

Procedure: deprive the swordfish from the skin and any bones, cut into cubes regularly and keep it in a glass container condendolo with extra virgin olive oil and basil julienne.
