Flour 00,2 slices of chicken breast, 1 lemon, seed oil, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chilli powder, salt, 2 eggs.
We start grating the lemon zest after which we break the eggs and season them to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Let's beat them with a fork and mix all the ingredients well. Once this procedure is finished, we pass the chicken slices into the flour and then into the beaten eggs and then pass them through the breadcrumbs, making sure they are well adhered on both sides. If we like the double breading, after having passed them in the breadcrumbs, let's pass them once more in the egg and then again in the breadcrumbs. We then fry in hot oil until golden and when they are ready, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and then enjoy them! Enjoy your meal!
