Recipe Grilled Aubergines

Doses for: 4 persone
realization time: 15 minutes


3 aubergines, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 1 red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt.


To create this delicious and very fast contour, you need to wash the aubergines well and eliminate the ends. Later we have to slice them and we can choose to make thin or thick slices or in both ways so that we get 2 types of contour. Once you have sliced all the aubergines, heat up a non-stick pan or a plate, sprinkle the pan with salt and put the aubergines to grill by turning them after a few minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce by putting the oil, the chilli, the sliced garlic, the parsley in a bowl and mix slightly. We then take the thicker eggplants and quickly pass them on both sides in the condiment while the thinly sliced ones, let's leave them last so as to then put them directly in the bowl all together and mix. Our side dishes are ready to taste. Enjoy your meal!
