400 g of pasta, 250 ml of fresh liquid cream, 100 g of cooked ham, olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic
We start by putting 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan with a clove of garlic. We heat up and in the meantime cut the piece of ham into cubes and then add it to the mixture. We spend a couple of minutes on high heat after which we add the liquid cream and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes on a high flame and once a creamy sauce has formed, turn it off and, if we taste it, add some pepper. Put the pasta to cook and once it is ready, drain it into the sauce and let it jump for a few moments so as to assemble everything and let it flavor well.
