100 grams of sugar, 40 grams of water, 100 grams of mascarpone, 100 grams of whipped cream, 100 grams of nougat, 50 grams of berries + other for decoration
Start by cooking the berries with sugar. Meanwhile, chop the nougat. In a saucepan, put the sugar with the water and cook over low heat until you get a syrup. Then add the mascarpone syrup, stirring with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Cool the mixture by placing the cup in a wider one containing water and ice and continuing to mix with the whisk. Add the whipped cream and mix. Then add the nougat. Divide the mixture into single-portion molds and place them in the freezer until completely solidified. Turn out the semifreddo and decorate it with cooked and fresh berries.
