Recipe Chocolate Filled Biscuits

250 grams of flour, 40 grams of cocoa, 150 grams of softened butter, 100 grams of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 20 grams of chocolate chips or dark chocolate squares, 1 sachet of vanillin, a few drops of essence \'Orange.


In a large bowl, sift the flour and dark cocoa. With the help of a planetary mixer, mix the softened butter with the sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then add the egg and the yolk continuing to knead. At this point, begin to join the dry elements adding them little by little and making the planetary machine work at half speed. Just before finishing kneading, add the orange flavor. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. After this time, roll it out with a rolling pin and with the help of a pastry cutter get some discs. Place the chocolate chips in the center of a disc and cover with an empty disc - repeat the procedure until all the dough is finished. Seal the edges with the tines of a fork. Transfer the biscuits onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.
