Let's start by frying the chopped garlic in a saucepan with a couple of tablespoons of oil. Meanwhile, wash the potatoes and carrots well and then peel them and chop them roughly. Add them to the sauce and add the salt and pepper, the water until they are completely covered and let it cook for 40-45 minutes, then with an immersion blender, we reduce everything in cream.
