1 kg of potato gnocchi, sage leaves, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 60 grams of butter, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
We begin by putting the butter to melt in a pan with a little oil and in the meantime we put the water to boil for the gnocchi. Chop 6-7 sage leaves and put them in the butter, let them fry for a few minutes, then add a ladle of cooking water, add salt and turn off. Cook the gnocchi in the water which has boiled in the meantime and when they rise to the surface, drain them directly into the sauce.
