Recipe Tea Biscuits

ingredients:

300 g of softened butter, 150 g of icing sugar, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 vial of almond essence, 450 g of flour for garnish: candied cherries, melted chocolate enough





Recipe:

In a bowl pour 300 g of softened butter and start to whisk with an electric whisk. We add 150 g of icing sugar a little at a time. We then add 2 eggs and continue to mix. Then add a pinch of salt and a small vial of almond essence, a teaspoon of baking powder and continue stirring, adding 450 g of flour a little at a time. Once the dough is ready, transfer it to a pastry bag with a star-shaped tip to shape the biscuits. We cover a pan with parchment paper and proceed with creating rounded shapes on the pan. Then we take the candied cherries and place them in the center of each sphere. We can then coat another pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture with a pastry bag creating sticks or semicircles. Bake in a static oven at 180 ° and cook for 15/20 minutes. Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate and decorate a part of the biscuits with the melted dark chocolate. And so the biscuits are ready to be enjoyed.
