Let's start by putting in a bowl, egg white, sugar and beat with an electric blender. We then combine the melted butter and whisk well. Once a creamy sauce is made, put a little spoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread it slightly. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees and in the meantime prepare the cream. Take the cream and whip it with the electric mixer. We combine the mascarpone and coconut flour and beat well. Then add the milk and mix with a spatula for cakes and then add the nutella that we have melted in a little milk. Mix well and then form our desserts, alternating the cream with the wafer into small glasses. Finally we decorate with coconut powder and biscuit and serve.
