Recipe Yogurt Bowls With Berries

ingredients:

250 grams of fresh berries, 50 ml of water, 20 grams of sugar, 450 grams of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 100 grams of crunchy muesli, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.





Recipe:

Let's start by putting the water, the berries and the sugar in a saucepan and mix over low heat so that the berries will not have been undone. When they are ready, we pass them in a colander in order to retain all the seeds and filter only the pulp. We then dissolve the cornstarch in very little cold water and add it to the berries, mix and put everything back on the stove until it has thickened. Once ready, pour into the transparent cups and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt cream by pouring the honey into the yogurt and stir until we get a creamy mixture. Then take our cups out of the fridge and add the cream of yoghurt with berries. We complete with crunchy muesli and serve.
