1 mini baguette or a ciriola, 2 salad tomatoes, 200 grams of mozzarella, 1 sprig of fresh basil, 1 sprig of oregano, salt, extra virgin olive oil
We start by cutting the bread in half and removing the crumb, creating a sort of boat. We season it with oil and oregano and bake it at 200 degrees until lightly browned. In the meantime, heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the basil leaves and leave it until it has cooled so that it is flavored. Then take the mozzarella and the tomato and cut them into slices that are not very thin but not very thick either. When both bread and other ingredients are ready, we can assemble everything. We have tomato and mozzarella on the bread, season with salt, oregano and flavored oil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes, just long enough to heat the tomato slightly and melt the mozzarella a little. Once ready, we decorate with basil leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal!
