Recipe Chicken Salad

ingredients:

Chives, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, 15 grams of mustard, 100 grams of Greek yogurt, 50 grams of rocket, 170 grams of grated carrots, 300 grams of chicken breast, 60 grams of songino, 70 grams of lettuce





Recipe:

We start cooking the chicken on a greased grill pan. We cook on one side for a few minutes and then turn on the other side. Once the chicken is ready, turn off the heat and prepare the yogurt sauce. Mix the yogurt with the mustard, chop the chives and mix well. Take the chicken and cut it into strips, then put it in a large bowl and add the yogurt sauce. We mix and set aside. In another large bowl, chop the lettuce with your hands and add the rocket always in small pieces, the grated carrots and the songino. Mix these ingredients well and add them with oil and salt. Then we go to assemble the whole by putting abundant salad in a bowl and laying the yoghurt chicken on top. Enjoy your meal!
