Recipe Fruit And Vegetable Salad

ingredients:

3 oranges, 2 small apples, pitted black olives, cherry tomatoes, salad, half orange juice, 1 pinch of salt, oil, oregano





Recipe:

We begin by peeling and cutting the oranges and apples into chunks and then put them in a salad bowl and add the pitted black olives. Mix the 3 ingredients and then add the tomatoes to our liking, datterini, pachino or cherry tomatoes. Then insert the salad and mix all the ingredients well. For the salad we can also use the one we prefer so that it is lettuce or iceberg or other, it's ok anyway. Then we take the orange juice and let it melt well, the pinch of salt creating a sort of emulsion with which we will then season our salad. We can also add oregano that binds very well. We mix well and our salad is ready to taste!
