We start by cutting the frankfurters in 3 parts, then we open the puff pastry and cut strips as wide as a part of the cut frankfurters. Once you have made all the strips, let's wrap them in each part of frankfurters making a double turn. Once this procedure is complete with all the pasta and frankfurters, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and brush them with egg yolk. Then bake at 200 degrees for about 15/18 minutes in a pre-heated oven. After the cooking time, we take them out and put them in a serving dish. They are excellent to taste both hot and cold.
