Recipe Single Dish For Dinner

ingredients:

1 chicken breast, 2 carrots, 1/2 onion, 1 glass of rice, 1 handful of peas, soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of flour, 2 eggs.





Recipe:

Cut the chicken breast into chunks and put it on a plate, let it flour and add the soy sauce. We mix and then dice the carrot and onion which we will subsequently bring to fry. Boil the water and when ready we throw the rice and peas and cook. While we add the chicken to the sauté and let it cook for about 5 minutes, then we move it to one side of the pot and pour in the scrambled eggs and join the chicken after a couple of minutes. Once the rice and peas are cooked, we also transfer them to the pot, mix and let it flavor and serve. Enjoy your meal!
