Tagliatelle, 2 cloves of garlic, mixed mushrooms, oil, grated cheese, salt, pepper, cream or milk, parsley.
Put a drizzle of oil in a large pot and fry the poached or chopped garlic, depending on how much I want to taste it. After taking the mixed mushrooms, chop them and pour them in the pot with the garlic and sauté over a high flame. Add salt, pepper and add the fresh cream or a glass of milk to replace it. I cook the pasta in abundant salted water and in the meantime chop the parsley. Drain the pasta 2-3 minutes before and I finish cooking it with the mushrooms, adding a couple of ladles of cooking water. Put the chopped parsley and jump, then complete with the grated cheese that I am going to mix with a ladle of cooking water. Serve and put another sprinkle of chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal.
