4 medium squid, 30 pink prawns, remilled durum wheat flour, salt, frying oil.
Let's start by putting 2 pans both filled with oil on the stove. Then take the squid already cleaned and remove the fins that come away quietly pulling them with your hands. Then cut it into rounds and put them in a frost bag. With a spoon we take the flour and put it in the bag. We close in a fist and shake so as to sprinkle the flour on all the squid. Let's keep them aside and do the same procedure with the prawns. Once this is done, let's check if the oil has reached temperature.
