Recipe Red Cabbage Soup And Potatoes

ingredients:

1 medium red cabbage, 500 grams of potatoes, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 160 grams of original rice, 1 red pepper (optional), 100 grams of cooked borlotti beans, 1 clove of garlic, grated parmesan, salt.





Recipe:

Let's start by putting some oil in a high saucepan and add a clove of beaten garlic. We clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes. We remove the clove of garlic and add to the oil, if we like, some chilli and potatoes. Mix and cover with water, let cook with lid for about 5 minutes, then add the red cabbage, season with salt and put the lid back on and cook for another 5 minutes. If we notice that there is not much water in the casserole dish, add another one. We return to the boil and then add the rice and cook it up to 4 minutes before its original cooking. Then turn off the heat and add the borlotti beans and parmesan. Mix and let it rest for at least 5 minutes until it is fresh and then serve and enjoy. Enjoy your meal.
