400 gr of ziti, 600/700 gr of Neapolitan ragù, 300 gr of provola, 100 gr of grated Parmesan, salt
We start by boiling the pasta, draining it about 4 minutes before the end of cooking. Then take the ragu we had prepared earlier and put some ladle on the bottom of a bowl, add the pasta and mix. We take the pan that we will use to put in the oven and place a little ragout on the bottom, put a layer of pasta and add some dice of provola or mozzarella, a sprinkling of parmesan and a layer of pasta, the provola and the Parmesan. Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes until a nice crust is created above. After the cooking time in the oven, we take out and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
