Recipe Pasta With Gorgonzola

ingredients:

600 grams of penne, 250 gr of cream, 300 gr of gorgonzola, 1/2 small glass of grappa, 200 gr of parmigiano reggiano, coarse salt





Recipe:

Let's start by cooking the pasta, in this case the pens but we can use the one we like the most. Then prepare the sauce. Put the cream in the pan and let it come to a boil, then add the gorgonzola and let it dissolve well, then add the grappa. Stir and put the flame to a minimum until we drain the pasta. Once the pasta is ready, transfer it to the saucepan of the sauce and if it dries too much, add some ladles of water. Then turn off the stove and give a nice sprinkling of Parmesan cheese which will tend to firm everything. Serve and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
