Recipe Pork Fillet With Fennel Seeds

ingredients:

600 grams of pork tenderloin, 2-3 tablespoons of fennel seeds, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste. To accompany: 4 small carrots, 4 fennels.





Recipe:

Grease the pan with the oil, add the fennel seeds and heat over high heat. Meanwhile tie the pork fillet and heat the oven to 200 degrees. When the pan is hot, add the fillet and brown it well on all sides. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables. Clean the fennel by removing the hardest part and place it on the insert that allows steam cooking. Add the carrots and steam for about 10 minutes. When the fillet is completely browned, sprinkle with fennel seeds, season with salt and pepper. Put the fillet in a grid inside a baking pan and cook at 200 degrees for up to 10 minutes. Sauté the steamed vegetables in hot oil and season with salt. Remove the fillet from the oven and let it rest for 4-5 minutes before removing the string and slicing it. Serve accompanying it with vegetables.
