Recipe Penne With Mustache

Doses for: 4 persone

ingredients:

400 grams of penne rigate, 300 grams of fresh cream, 200 grams of diced ham, 200 grams of tomato sauce, 1 sprig of parsley, grated Parmesan to taste, extra virgin olive oil as required, salt to taste.





Recipe:

Heat a couple of tablespoons in a pan and add the cooked ham. When it is almost completely browned, add a pot of boiling water and pour the pasta. When the ham is ready, remove it from the pan. In the same pan, instead, pour cream and tomato sauce and heat over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta in advance directly into the sauce pan and finish cooking. Add the ham. Chop the parsley and add it to the pan. Finish with grated Parmesan to taste. Serve hot with a sprinkling of parsley and pepper.
