Recipe Pasta Omelette - Single Dish

ingredients:

100 grams of grated Parmesan, 1 clove of garlic, 6 eggs, chilli pepper, 250 grams of spaghetti or pasta from the day before, salt, pepper, oil





Recipe:

Let's start by cooking the spaghetti in abundant salted water. Then crush a clove of garlic and let it brown in a pan with oil and chilli. Then add a ladle of cooking water to the fried making sure to use the lid so as to avoid splashing everywhere. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with salt, pepper and Parmesan. Then turn off the sauce and drain the pasta, leaving a little cooking water. We rekindle the fire and throw the spaghetti together with the water in the sauté pan but after removing the garlic. Let the water absorb well, then add the parsley if we like and pour the eggs, making sure that the dough is well distributed throughout the pan. Let the omelette cook and once it has set well, using a lid to help it, turn it over and cook on the other side. Our main dish is ready to serve! Enjoy your meal!
