Recipe Chickpea Cold Salad - One Dish

ingredients:

500 grams of boiled chickpeas, 80 grams of flakes of parmesan, 70 gr of rocket, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, extra virgin olive oil





Recipe:

This unique dish is really fast to prepare. Since these are ingredients that can very well be tasted raw, we just have to prepare them and eat them directly! Then cut the onion into thin slices, take the tomatoes preferably from salad and cut them into cubes. Then take the boiled chickpeas, drain them and put them directly in a large bowl and begin to combine the other ingredients. Add the onion and tomatoes, the arugula, a nice oil and the flaked Parmesan. Mix everything well so that all the ingredients are flavored and our magnificent salad is ready! Enjoy your meal!
