250 g of mascarpone, 2 tablespoons of icing sugar, 200 g of pistachio cream, 350 g of fresh whipped cream, chopped pistachios (optional)
Let's start by putting in a large bowl the mascarpone, the icing sugar and the pistachio cream. We work these 3 ingredients for about 2-3 minutes with the electric mixer then we add the whipped cream and mix gently from top to bottom so that it is incorporated and mixed well. Our cream is ready-made, a very fast cake to prepare and delicious to taste! You can leave the cream as it is or you can garnish with chopped pistachio or the one we prefer! It is also very good to use to stuff cakes and various sweets! Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
