To prepare our ice cream biscuits we have to start by putting the butter and flour in a blender and starting. Once ready, pour everything into a bowl and add the icing sugar and sieved bitter cocoa, an egg and mix. We knead well and create a ball that we will cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by placing the cream, condensed milk and chocolate drops in a large bowl, mix well and leave in the freezer for at least 8 hours. When all the necessary time has elapsed, we take our biscuit base and with a square-shaped or as we prefer, we go to cut out the molds. Then take the ice cream and put it in the molds that we are going to put in the freezer again. Once frozen, let's take them one by one and put them in the middle of 2 squares of biscuit.
