Recipe Pasta And Chickpeas With Nduja

ingredients:

400 grams of pasta, 100 grams of nduja, 400 grams of cooked chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil to taste, salt to taste.





Recipe:

Put some oil in a saucepan. Add the nduja and part of the chickpeas. Blend the remaining chickpeas with a little of their cooking water. When the nduja in the casserole has softened, add the chickpeas shakes. Pour the pasta into boiling salted water: in reality, the pasta should not be cooked in water but only boiled, as the actual cooking will take place in the sauce obtained in the casserole. In this way the pasta will be flavored. Then drain it after a few minutes (less than half cooked) and add it directly to the saucepan. Add a ladle of cooking water and cook. Here too it is important not to finish cooking the pasta: before it is ready, turn off the heat and let it rest with the lid for 5-10 minutes. To serve.
