Recipe Savory Muffins

ingredients:

For the dough: 4 eggs, 80 ml of sunflower oil, a jar of 125 grams of white yogurt, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, a sachet of instant yeast for pies, salt to taste, 30 grams of grated cheese, 250 grams of flour. For the dressing: 1 julienne courgette, chopped tomatoes, julienne cheese, green olives.





Recipe:

First we break the eggs in a bowl and mix well with a fork. We also add the seed oil, the white yoghurt and we continue to mix. We combine the salt to taste. At this point we combine the grated cheese, potato starch and flour. Mix all the mixture well. Finally we add a sachet of instant yeast for pies. Take a muffin mold with 12 paper cups and add the dough in each baking cup, about 2 tablespoons per cup. Season the muffins with the 4 toppings: 3 with the courgettes, 3 with the tomatoes, 3 with the grated cheese and 3 with the sliced olives. Cook in a ventilated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, in a static oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool completely before removing them from the cups.
