To prepare the apple pie, first break the eggs in a bowl and start mixing with the help of electric whips. Then add, still stirring, the sugar, milk and melted butter. Pour the flour a little at a time, the bag of baking powder and mix until you get a dough without lumps. Take the two large apples, peel half an apple, cut it into small pieces with a knife and mix it with a wooden spoon. We will use the rest of the apples for decoration. We prepare a baking sheet, I used a 24 cm diameter one, well greased and floured and let's pour the dough. Peel and cut the rest of the apples into thin slices and decorate the cake, placing the wedges on the entire surface of the cake. Finally, sprinkle the surface of the apple pie with a little sugar.
