Creating our protein salads is really simple and fast! We wash well and cut the lettuce after which we put it in a salad bowl. Add the corn, salt, pepper and smoked salmon cut into pieces, a drizzle of oil and our first salad is already ready to taste! For the second we need the same ingredients except the salmon which will be replaced by the chicken breast. So let's do the same procedure as before, but in the meantime let's cook the chicken breast on the plate, which we will then cut into small pieces and put it in our salad! Enjoy your meal!
