Recipe Veal Rolls With Ham And Cheese

ingredients:

Veal undercooked (8 slices) 400 g, Cooked ham 100 g, Smoked provola 100 g, Sage as required, Extra virgin olive oil about 30 g, Black pepper to taste, Butter 30 g, Salt to top, White wine 40 g, Thyme as required, Rosemary as needed, Flour 00 50 g, Water 40 g





Recipe:

To make veal rolls with ham and cheese, first make sure the slices are thin, otherwise thin them with a meat tenderizer. Now stuff them with a thin slice of cheese and the ham. Roll up the meat to get the roll, then stop the edges at the ends with toothpicks. Cook: in a hot pan heat the olive oil with the butter. Season with aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary and sage) collected in a bunch tied with kitchen string. Let it cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, then raise the heat and add the rolls. Season with salt. Also adjust with pepper, brown them for 3 minutes on one side, then turn them and brown them for 1 minute on the other side. Pour the white wine and let it evaporate. Also add the flour and water. Lower the temperature, cover with the lid and continue cooking for 6 minutes. Once cooked remove the sweet bunch, the rolls will be tender and wrapped in a creamy sauce. Serve the veal rolls with hot ham and cheese.
