We first heat in a skillet the ground beef, meanwhile prepare separately: the crumb of the bread into pieces, parsley with a clove of garlic, mortadella into pieces and then we chop in separate steps the various ingredients in a blender and let's put them together in a bowl. We now turn to grind the meat with the mixer, slam the eggs, and mix it all now in a large bowl, add salt, nutmeg and when everything is well blended, begin to shape the meatballs with your hands, passing them in bread crumbs. At this point can be put in the oven to bake immediately, or placed in the freezer and then be cooked later.
