Recipe Spaghetti With Fisherman

Doses for: 4 persone
realization time: 30 minutes

ingredients:

400 grams of spaghetti, 500 grams of clams, 300 grams of mussels, 1 clove of garlic, 1 sprig of parsley, extra virgin olive oil as required, 1 red pepper, salt to taste, black pepper as required ( optional).

Recipe:

Heat the oil in a pan with a whole clove of garlic and add the mussels. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for the mussels to open. Once opened, peel them and add the filtered sauce. If you want, you can leave whole a couple of small mussels in order to give a greater decorative effect to the finished dish. Now go to the opening of the clams. In a pan add oil and a clove of garlic in a beaten shirt and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the clams, cover and leave open. Once opened, filter and filter the sauce twice to make sure it is free of impurities or sand. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in the pan and add the chopped garlic and parsley. Add a chopped pepper. Meanwhile, salt the pasta water and add the spaghetti. Lower the heat of the pan and add the clams with their sauce to the mixture. Then add the mussels with their sauce. Just before draining the pasta, add a ladle of cooking water to the pan. Drain the spaghetti al dente directly in the pan. Add more cooking water and finish cooking the spaghetti in a pan, until the liquid in the pan is completely absorbed. Finish with a generous sprinkling of fresh parsley and serve. Finish with a sprinkling of pepper (optional).
