Recipe Pate Of Mushrooms

ingredients:

For the pate: 60 grams of butter, 1 small onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 400 grams of champignon, 125 grams of peeled almonds, 2 teaspoons of pasteurized cream, parsley and salt as needed To serve: toasted bread





Recipe:

Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium low adding a dash of oil to prevent the butter from burning. Finely slice the onion and add it to the pan with the butter. Finely slice the garlic and add it to the saucepan. Brown for a couple of minutes over low heat. Finely slice the mushrooms and add them to the casserole. Add salt and cook for at least five minutes. Pour the contents of the saucepan into a jug and add the almonds. Blend with an immersion blender. Then add the cream and continue to blend. Pour the mixture into a glass mold lined with transparent film and level. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve it with toasted bread to spread it on.
