Recipe Unique Dish Of Winter

ingredients:

Lentils, curcuma, 100 gr. Venere rice, pistachios, ginger, fennel, spices, salt and pepper, soy sauce





Recipe:

To create this recipe we must have soaked the lentils for at least 10 hours. Then start frying the sliced spring onion and add the turmeric. Add the lentils that we have drained, mix and add the hot broth, salt, pepper and a bay leaf. We cover with the lid and cook for 30 minutes. We continue cooking the venere rice in abundant salted water for 18/20 minutes. Put the lemon juice, oil, salt and freshly grated ginger in a separate bowl. Stir and let stand for at least 10 minutes. While everything is cooking, we take care of the fennels, cleaning them and cutting them into 4, we move them to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and add the lemon juice, the soy sauce, the thyme, the oil and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes covering them with aluminum foil. After 10 minutes we remove the foil and dust with breadcrumbs. We continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the other dishes should also be ready. Serve pouring the mixture of ginger and lemon and pistachios on the rice and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
