Recipe Curry Carrots

ingredients:

1 kg of carrots, 50 g of butter, 2 shallots, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 2 glasses of milk, water (if milk were not enough), salt, pepper





Recipe:

Proceed by melting plenty of butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the chopped shallot. After browning well, add the carrots that we have cut into not very thick slices, and cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally and adding salt. Then we also put the curry that we prefer and then add the milk that we will lengthen with water if it is not enough. Let it cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. Then we go to check to see if the milk has turned into a cream. We taste and if there is no need to add more salt and the consistency is the right one, we serve and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
