2 apples, 250 grams of almonds or almond flour, a pinch of salt, sesame seeds
Let's start by cleaning the two apples and cutting them into small pieces. Cook over low heat in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water and cook them until they have become soft. Once softened, put them on a plate and crush them with a fork. Then chop the almonds or if we have the flour we pass directly to the next step. Pour the crushed apples and the almond flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix with a ladle. Then we lay the mixture on the work surface and begin to knead with your hands. We create a compact ball and start forming our biscuits by removing a little dough at a time and rounding it between our hands. Once all the balls are formed, sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Then place them on baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After the cooking time, our biscuits will be ready to taste:)
