Recipe Potato Balls

ingredients:

150 grams of preparation for mashed potato flakes (2 bags), 90 grams of corn starch, 30 grams of Parmesan, 1 teaspoon of salt (about 7 grams), 580 ml of water, 1 liter of peanut oil.





Recipe:

In a large bowl pour the preparation for mashed potato flakes, add the cornstarch, grated cheese and salt and give a stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. Now add the water and mix until the mixture is well hydrated. After processing we must obtain a firm dough that can be easily worked with our hands. Now let's form small balls by taking small portions of dough and working them between the palms of your hands. Heat abundant seed oil in a pan, the ideal temperature it should reach is about 170/180 degrees. We fry a few balls at a time, taking care to turn them over during cooking to brown them evenly. When the balls are golden brown, drain them with a slotted spoon and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. The potato balls are ready!
