Recipe Whole-grain Spaghetti

8 tablespoons of whole wheat flour (about 160 grams), 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 100 ml of water





Recipe:

To prepare whole-wheat spaghetti in the food processor, we pour 8 tablespoons of whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and water. We turn on the robot and the dough will be ready in less than a minute, if needed we can correct it with a little water or flour. Now we can remove the dough and start working on the table with your hands for a few minutes, dusting with a little flour. So let's move on to the grandma duck. Before obtaining whole-wheat spaghetti, we need to work the dough until it has sheets of the right consistency and thickness; to do this we divide the dough into two or three equal parts. We set the machine with a large thickness and we pass the dough several times, each time we get a sheet of pastry that we close up on itself and go back to the machine. So for all the dough. Sprinkle with a little flour and repeat the operation with a narrower thickness and we will get thinner strips. After two or three times we will see more and more compact and smooth strips. Place the spaghetti on a sheet of kitchen paper. And here they are ready to taste! We can already boil the pasta or let it dry.
