Recipe Gnocchi With Prawns And Asparagus

ingredients:

1 kg of potato gnocchi, 500 g of asparagus, 300 g of prawns, 1 clove of garlic, 1 spring onion, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper





Recipe:

Slice the onion finely and let it sauté in a pan with a little oil. We clean the asparagus by removing the stem and flaking it, then cut it into slices, but leave the tips whole and add them to the mixture. Let it brown, stirring occasionally and then add a ladle of cooking water. Let it cook and in the meantime put the prawns in another pan with a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper and saute every now and then. Let's go up the water and start boiling it in the pan and throw in the gnocchi. We remove the garlic from the pot where we have cooked the prawns and pour the gnocchi that in the meantime will have come to the surface, we jump quickly and we pour the whole in the pan where there are the asparagus. We still jump so that all the ingredients are mixed well and we serve.
