Recipe Orange And Ricotta Glass

Doses for: 4 persone
realization time: 10 minutes

ingredients:

600 grams of sheep's milk ricotta, 3 teaspoons full of sugar, the juice of 2 oranges, 50 grams of candied orange peel, 12 ladyfingers, 2 teaspoons of Cointreau, Maldon salt, chocolate wafers to taste.

Recipe:

Sift the ricotta and add the sugar. Mix. Add a teaspoon of Cointreau, to taste. This step can be skipped in case it was not appreciated by the guests or if there were any children. Mix. Then add carefully cut candied orange peel. Alternatively, candied orange peel can be replaced by chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture into a tac-à-poche. Squeeze two oranges and pour the juice into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of Cointreau. Switch to the dessert composition now. Divide the ladyfingers in half being careful not to break them. Wet them in orange juice and Cointreau, being careful not to soak them too much and place them on the bottom of a glass. With the sac-à-poche, create a layer of ricotta cream and candied orange peel. Create a new layer of soaked biscuits and finish with a layer of ricotta cream. Decorate with a few grains of salt crystals and a chocolate wafer.
