150 grams of mortadella, extra virgin olive oil, 100 grams of burrata, chopped pistachios, 400 grams of gnocchi
We start by boiling the water in the pot, add salt and cook the gnocchi. Subsequently, in a non-stick pan, put a little oil and brown the diced mortadella for a few minutes. Once cooked the gnocchi, drain them and pour them into the pan together with the mortadella. Add the burrata together with a ladle of cooking water and mix so that the burrata has melted. Once a creamy sauce has formed, add the chopped pistachio. Our first course is ready to serve and to taste! Simple, fast and delicious! Enjoy your meal!
