Recipe Single Portion Tiramisu Without Eggs

500 gr of mascarpone, 100 gr of sugar, 500 ml of whipping cream, 500 ml of water, 500 ml of coffee, 1 pack of sponge fingers, bitter cocoa.


Preparing single portions of tiramisu without eggs is really easy and fast. It is best to start by preparing the coffee and putting it aside. Then put the mascarpone and sugar in a bowl and turn on the electric blender. Once mixed sugar and mascarpone, we combine the cream and whisk it until it is whipped. Let's take the previously prepared coffee and start to soak the biscuits, it's better to divide them in half so that they fit well into the glasses. So let's place them in each portion and put the cream on it, helping us with a pastry bag. We do this procedure until the glass is filled (about 3 times). If we want to decorate the upper part by adding a decorative nozzle to the bag, we give a dusting of bitter cocoa and our dessert is ready! It is advisable to leave it in the fridge a couple of hours before tasting it.
