800 ml of milk, 1 egg, vanillin, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of cornstarch, 100 grams of milk chocolate
This dessert is really fast and very easy to prepare. Let's start by putting 800 ml of milk in a saucepan and let it boil. Meanwhile in another bowl we break an egg, add the vanillin, the sugar and beat everything with a hand whisk. After the cornstarch we add another 6 tablespoons of milk and mix again. We combine the milk mixture we previously boiled and our milk cream is ready! With a ladle then we bring the cream into a glass. We then dissolve 100 gr of milk chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and pour it over the cream. Our dessert is ready to taste!
