Recipe Potato And Olive Salad

ingredients:

800 grams of potatoes, 50 grams of gaeta olives, 50 grams of green olives, 1 sprig of parsley, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.





Recipe:

We begin by peeling the potatoes, cutting them and boiling them or if we prefer steam cooking. Once cooked, let it cool down then place them in a large bowl. Then add both types of olives, a couple of tablespoons of vinegar, a little oil and mix. Then chop some fresh parsley and add it to the salad with salt and pepper (optional). Let's give a nice stir again and the salad is ready! A very simple dish, fast and delicious! We can actually season the potatoes to our liking because they tie with many other ingredients for example we can add some tomatoes, tuna, capers, onion and much more! If you want to make it creamy, a trick is to add mayonnaise! Enjoy your meal: )
