200 grams of frozen peas, 1/2 shallot or 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 50 grams of pancetta, 1/2 stock cube, extra virgin olive oil
We start by chopping half of the shallot or onion and fry it in a non-stick pan. If we prefer we can add the chopped carrot to the sauce to make it more flavorful. Let it brown for a few minutes and then add the peas. Cover the peas with water and cook over high heat. Then we add half a nut that will give the whole flavor without adding salt or other seasonings. Then insert the bacon to enrich the flavor of the peas and turn with a wooden spoon. Cook for another ten minutes but on low heat and then turn off. Our side dish is ready to serve and to be enjoyed! Enjoy your meal!
