3 eggs, 200 grams sugar, 120 ml sunflower oil, 120 ml milk, 250 grams of flour, 40 grams of bitter cocoa, 1 sachet in powder (16 grams), 125 grams of chocolate chips, icing sugar how much enough to garnish
In a large bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and begin to work everything with the electric mixer until a frothy mixture is obtained. Still working with electric whips, we pour in oil and then milk; then add the flour a little at a time, continuing to work with the mixer. We also add the cocoa powder and the sachet of yeast and work with the mixer until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. As the last ingredient we add the chocolate chips to the dough and using a spoon we mix everything. Transfer the dough into a 30 cm by 10 cm oiled and floured plumcake mold. Cook the plumcake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, in the case of a ventilated oven at 170 degrees always for 45/50 minutes. Cook the chocolate plumcake, let it cool and then dust it with plenty of icing sugar. The chocolate plumcake is ready to be enjoyed!
