Recipe Greek Salad

ingredients:

Tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 cucumber, black olives, diced feta, oregano, white vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste





Recipe:

Let's start by washing and cutting the sliced tomatoes. Then the onion, removing any regrowth from the inside, we cut it into slices as thin as possible. Now the cucumber, we wash it, we remove the two ends, and we rub them on the tip of the cucumber itself, it seems that this operation takes away the bitterness. We peel it leaving some trace of the peel itself, it will give color to the salad. Then we will cut it into rounds. We put all the vegetables in a salad bowl. Add a tablespoon of white vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Then two fists of black olives and a sprinkle of dried oregano. Mix everything and prepare it in soup plates. Finally put the diced feta perhaps abundant, a little oil and the Greek salad is ready.
