4 lemons, 120 g sugar, 80 g butter, 20 g of corn starch, 500 g cream, 100 of white chocolate, 180 g of condensed milk
First the 4 lemons must be peeled and cut into small pieces. Put a pan in the lemons, butter and sugar. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring. Then add the sifted corn starch and continue cooking until you get a soft cream and let it cool. In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff and add the condensed milk, and then pour in the melted and cooled white chocolate. We mix everything. In a container we put, adjusting it, half of the cream and then in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then pour the cream over and still in the freezer for another 20 minutes. Then we make another layer with the remaining cream. Finally we complete the dessert with rows of pavesini soaked in milk and put in the freezer for about 8 hours. We decorate to taste.
